The project began with CVC’s setting-out engineer producing an accurate site model from the approved plan drawings. The team then carried out all foundation works, including drainage, beam and block floors, utility ducts, and a face brick band course.

External works included the installation of drainage, scaffold matting, and a new treatment tank. The completed substructure was then handed over to the Principal Contractor for the timber-frame installation.

The client praised the speed, efficiency, and tidiness of the site, which reflected highly on the CVC team.
