New Build Community Land Trust Development Site
Bells View, – Existing Client
CVC successfully tendered for the delivery of 10 new dwellings for a Community Land Trust in Chawleigh.
OVERVIEW
While awaiting approval of the drainage strategy, CVC was appointed to construct the new site entrance, undertake reduced dig across the site, and form hardstanding for the compound and site office.
The site was then secured and left ready for commencement. Works are scheduled to begin in Winter 2025 – watch this space for updates.
